Who we are

velzia.ai and the Velzia service are operated by SmartReachLab LLC. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Not a law firm

Velzia is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website, and nothing Velzia says on a call, creates an attorney-client relationship with us. Velzia collects information for the law firm that uses it; the firm’s attorneys decide whether and how to take a matter.

The Velzia service and the pilot

Velzia is in its pilot phase. Access to the answering service, pricing and any cost during the pilot are set out in a separate written agreement with each firm, which takes precedence over these terms. Features described on this website as planned are not available yet and may change. Prices on this website apply once plans open and may change before then.

AI output

Velzia uses artificial intelligence. It can mishear, misunderstand or summarize incorrectly. Firms should review summaries before relying on them and keep supervising how Velzia is used with their callers.

Using this website

  • Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale or submit false applications.
  • The sample calls, transcripts and summaries on this website are fictional and for illustration only.
  • The Velzia name, logo and website content belong to SmartReachLab LLC. Other names, such as Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics, Zapier, Google Calendar and Outlook, are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only to describe planned integrations. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
  • Price comparisons with other answering services are based on their public pricing pages on the date shown, and may have changed since.
