No surprises on the bill.
Minutes are simple to count and easy to watch.
Talk time only
You pay for the time Velzia is on the phone with a caller. Ringing doesn't count.
Rounded per call
Each call is rounded up to the next full minute. Extra minutes are $0.45.
Alert at 80%
You get an email when you reach 80% of your minutes. Velzia keeps answering.
Can I try Velzia first?
Yes. We are onboarding a small group of pilot firms now. When plans open, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and a card is needed to start it.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Velzia keeps answering. Extra minutes are $0.45 each, and you get an alert at 80% of your plan so there are no surprises.
What counts as a minute?
Talk time only: the time Velzia is on the phone with a caller. Each call is rounded up to the next full minute.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down, anytime. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades start with your next billing cycle.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Included minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle.
