Apply for the Velzia pilot.
We are working with a small group of U.S. law firms to answer their calls in English and Spanish, and to decide together what we build next. Tell us about your firm and we will reply by email.
What pilot firms get.
- Velzia on your phones, 24/7. It answers the calls you choose, in English or Spanish, and says it is your virtual assistant in its first sentence.
- Your intake questions. We write the script with you, by practice area, and tune it after real calls.
- A written summary after every call. Caller, facts, urgency and names for your conflict check, with the full transcript, by email.
- Setup done with you. We walk you through call forwarding for your carrier. You keep your number and can switch forwarding off anytime.
- A say in the roadmap. Calendar booking, CRM connections (Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics), text alerts and live transfer are planned. Pilot firms choose the order.
What we ask in return: honest feedback, a short call every two weeks, and permission to review your firm's call summaries to improve Velzia. Pilot terms, including any cost, are agreed in writing with each firm before anything goes live.
Who is the pilot for?
Small U.S. law firms, from solo attorneys to about 20 lawyers, that miss calls after hours or during busy times, and especially firms with Spanish-speaking callers. Personal injury, immigration, family law and criminal defense fit best.
Does Velzia give legal advice?
No. Velzia collects facts, marks urgent calls and passes everything to your team. Legal questions always go to an attorney.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward the calls you choose to Velzia: all calls, after-hours calls, or calls nobody picks up. You can switch forwarding off anytime.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application and reply by email. If it looks like a fit, we set up a short call to go through your intake questions, your call volume and your forwarding options.
