The problem

A caller who can't be understood hangs up.

Spanish-speaking callers often reach a recording in English, or a person who can't help. Many don't leave a message.

  • Caller · (956) 555-0121Spoke Spanish, no one available
  • Caller · (956) 555-0137Hung up at English greeting
  • Caller · (956) 555-0144Left a message in Spanish

How it works

One call. Two languages.

Velzia follows the caller, not a menu. No “press 2 for Spanish”.

  1. Forward your line

Turn on call forwarding from the number you already have: all calls, after hours, or only when nobody picks up.

  2. Velzia answers and runs intake

It says it is a virtual assistant, asks your questions in English or Spanish, and flags anything urgent.

FAQ

Still unsure? Email hello@velzia.ai and a person will answer.

How does Velzia know the caller speaks Spanish?

It listens. When a caller speaks Spanish or asks for it, Velzia switches, even mid-call. No menu.

Will I get the summary in Spanish?

No, in English. The caller's key words stay in Spanish where they matter, like names and places.

Is the Spanish natural?

Velzia speaks everyday Spanish and adapts to how the caller talks. It is designed for the Spanish U.S. callers speak, from Mexico and Central America to the Caribbean and South America.

English and Spanish today. Other languages are on our roadmap. Tell us which ones your callers need.

Does it give legal advice in Spanish?

No, in no language. It collects facts and books the consultation.
