Sample night with Velzia on. Fictional calls.

The problem

Arrests, accidents and detentions don't wait for 9 a.m.

The calls that matter most often come after hours. By morning, many of those callers have signed with someone who picked up.

  • New caller · (713) 555-0117After hours, no message
  • New caller · (713) 555-0131Hung up at voicemail
  • New caller · (713) 555-0148Left a message, arrest tonight
  • New caller · (713) 555-0156After hours, no message
  • New caller · (713) 555-0169Hung up at voicemail

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still unsure? Email hello@velzia.ai and a person will answer.

Can Velzia answer only after hours?

Yes. Forward calls only outside office hours, or only when nobody picks up. Your team keeps the day.

Who decides what is urgent?

You do. Write rules in plain words, like an arrest in the last 24 hours or a hearing this week.

Will it wake me up for everything?

No. Only calls that match your urgency rules are marked urgent. Everything else waits in a summary for the morning. Live transfer and text alerts are planned.

What if a caller is in danger?

Velzia tells them to call 911 first, then alerts your on-call attorney.

Does it give legal advice at night?

No. It collects facts and books the consultation, day or night.
